Because The Estate Ledger™ is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download has been made available to you.
Exception: If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing your download files, please contact us at hello@theestateledger.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

THE ESTATE LEDGER is a trademark of Alella Concepts Inc., used under common law in Canada. Unauthorized use of this name or associated branding is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only the limited personal use licence described in Section 3.
The Estate Ledger™ and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alella Concepts Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of The Estate Ledger™ or this website.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product.
